Kanza Effindi, Director Online Education Technologies (Female, Pakistani), is a technologist and innate entrepreneur. After Covid when our training and development programs seized due to the lockdown, she helped us (and continues to do so) develop our expertise in educational technologies to ensure better transfer of knowledge. After we develop any training program, she evaluates which technology should (or should not) be used in the delivery. She is also a strong supporter of women empowerment and acts as a role model for our trainees
